When creating your TraknReturn account we will ask for your name, email and contact number(s) as the mandatory fields. TraknReturn will also collect the list of PINS that you are activating on www.traknreturn.com such as descriptive information you may enter (example: cell phone, Mom’s phone, location of tag, etc.), details of the item, photo and notes or warranty information that you may enter in your profile. The above are all considered transactional emails. If you chose to never be contacted by TraknReturn again you must login at www.TraknReturn.com and DELETE your TraknReturn account. Please note that once you delete your account all your information and TraknReturn recovery tags will be deleted from our server. The Recovery tags associated with a deleted account will need to be discarded as they will no longer work with our system.
Occasionally, TraknReturn may wish to contact you about its products & services including special offers or news about the company. These communications are considered marketing emails. Additionally, you may receive marketing emails from our marketing partners’ distribution of their promotional recovery tags - these are tags that you receive as a gift from our promotional/marketing partners.
If you wish to receive marketing information at this time but change your mind later, you will have the option to have your name removed from mailing lists by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the email or contacting TraknReturn via our Contact Us page.
All communication from TraknReturn including but not limited to: emails, texts, phone calls, website, social media pages, marketing materials, online orders etc. will be in the English language. Best efforts will be made to have communications translated into other languages when possible. If there are any questions or if you need something specifically translated please contact TraknReturn and we will do our best to have our communication translated to your language.
By entering the Finder’s details on the www.TraknReturn.com website or by using the TraknReturn Notification System, the Finder agrees to allow TraknReturn’s Notification System and partners to use the Finder’s information to assist in the recovery of a found item or pet, and to facilitate the return of this item to its rightful owner. As a part of our service, the Finder consents to allow the Finder’s details (phone number or information disclosed on the Found Item webpage) to be disclosed to the registered owner of the item.
Our system will automatically gather information about people who visit our website. For instance, we gather information about the number of visitors, which web browser is used, the pages they access during their visit on TraknReturn websites, etc. TraknReturn collects information at different points on the website. TraknReturn is the sole owner of the information collected on this website.

We do not disclose our customers’ personal information to finders of lost belongings. We use our customers’ personal information to notify them via phone and email that a finder is trying to contact them. Our patented Notification System does not expose our customers’ personal information.
We will not rent, sell or share your personal information with any other company for its own marketing purposes without your consent except where mentioned in this policy. TraknReturn may share part of the customer’s contact information (such as name, email, contact number, or survey information etc.) with companies or organizations from which the customer has purchased or received a TraknReturn product. No financial information will ever be shared. All non-affiliated companies that act on our behalf and receive customer information from us are obligated to keep the information we provide to them confidential and to use the Customer information we share only to provide services from their company. No credit card information is saved in our database and thus nothing will ever be transmitted to anyone at any time. The customer may be prompted to fill out a survey questionnaire, the results of which are shared with the company that had given or sold the customer the TraknReturn product. The company may use this information to contact the Customer at a later date.
TraknReturn may disclose your personal information as required or permitted by law to local authorities if requested.
How can I manage information about me?
We provide you with the ability to access, rectify and erase your data. Simply login to your TraknReturn account and modify any information you wish or delete your TraknReturn account.
We store data until it is no longer necessary to provide our services or until your account is deleted - whichever comes first. This is a case-by-case determination that depends on things like the nature of the data, why it is collected and processed, and relevant legal or operational retention needs.
When you delete your TraknReturn account, we delete all your account details including any activated tags and their descriptions or information. When an account is deleted, all information is permanently deleted and not recoverable. To delete your account at any time, please log in to your TraknReturn account and click delete my account.

TraknReturn takes every precaution to protect the User's information.

Credit Card Information:
TraknReturn does not store any credit card details in any of our databases. All online payments are handled through PayPal Inc (www.Paypal.com). We strive to protect all confidential information transmitted to and from our site and we regularly review developments in security and encryption technologies.
Internal Database Access:
Our registration database is a restricted access zone strictly limited only to individuals who have fulfilled internal security checks. Strict guidelines and password policies are implemented for all restricted access zones. All private Customer information is entered by our customers themselves.
TraknReturn offers subscription-based terms for account holders - that is, the customer may activate unlimited PINs (tags) for the term of the subscription. Some products come with lifetime activation. We do not delete any information provided by customers in our database unless customer has been inactive by not logging in to www.TraknReturn.com once in the last 7 years or the Customer logs in and deletes their account. Customers entering false information or outdated information may also be removed. Customers involved with any fraud-related activity will be removed.

Trak-n-ReturnⓇ assumes no obligation or responsibility to provide service for customers who do not register an account and activate their PIN on the TraknReturn.com website or maintain valid contact number(s) and email address(es).
